This sensor is a good choice if you already have Tapo equipment, as you could configure all of them through the exact same application. Together with having the water leak alarm result in your hub to sound, you may have it flip off equipment from the vicinity if they are linked to Tapo intelligent plugs (I examined this and it labored as expected).
